At the meeting held on September 10, 2024, the Board of Education adopted an increase to the Level 1 School Facility/Development Impact Fees for Residential and Commercial/Industrial construction.  The increase becomes effective on November 9, 2024.

 

Residential will be $5.17 per sq. ft.

Commerical/Industrial/Senior will be $.84
