Special Needs Liaison

The Special Needs Liaison is a district employee who operates as an independent, neutral, and confidential resource for families in the SRVUSD who have students with 504 or special needs concerns. The Special Needs Liaison works to foster collaborative and productive partnerships between school personnel and families of children with special needs. The Liaison provides information, training, and advice on special needs issues, and facilitates relationships between families of children with special needs and the district. Liaison services are available at any point in the special needs process, whether for information, guidance, or support
