Approved Digital Learning Tools
San Ramon Unified School District is dedicated to protecting student data. We have developed a software adoption process and through that process, we have approved the use of the software applications that are listed below and documented on the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) website. Approved software has been reviewed to ensure that student data is protected and complies with , , and law.
For staff who would like to purchase or use software that is not on this approved list, please submit a request for new software use through the New Software Adoption Form. The form is linked on the SRVUSD Intranet, under Technology Resources, and SRVUSD Adoption Process. The data team will begin reviewing the request by first screening for student data privacy compliance.
