What to Expect
The District makes every effort to provide responsive records in a reasonable timeframe.

If the District determines that disclosable public records exist, the determination will state the estimated date when the records will be made available.
- Requests received after business hours and on weekends will be considered received on the next business day.
- In unusual circumstances, the 10-day period may be extended up to 14 days by providing written notice to the requester setting forth reasons for the extension and the date on which a determination is expected to be made.
